Virgin Atlantic Cargo brings back London-Chicago flights this summer

Virgin Atlantic Cargo has recommenced its daily service from London to Chicago over the summer season through to October 26.

The flights depart from London Heathrow at 1100 hrs and arrive in Chicago at 1335 hrs. The return service departs from Chicago at 1800 hrs and touches down in London at 0800 hrs the following morning.

"Chicago has been an important seasonal addition to our schedule for six years and provides a faster connection for customers doing business in Chicago and the Midwest," said Virgin Atlantic Cargo US sales chief Nick Jones.

Virgin Atlantic's transatlantic services include four flights daily to and from New York JFK, twice daily flights from both Newark and Los Angeles and daily operations between London and Boston, Miami, Washington and Orlando. Additionally, the airline operates two flights a week between London and Las Vegas, plus 11 services a week from Manchester to Orlando. (Source: Shipping Gazette)
