Vallair, the aircraft trading, leasing and specialist MRO organisation, has completed the delivery of a Boeing 737-400F to ASL Aviation Holdings (Ireland). The aircraft recently went through a freighter conversion followed by a “C” Check with Integration Maintenance performed in the USA. The lease term is for 48 months with a 24-month extension option.

Gregoire Lebigot, President & CEO - Vallair, stated “This is the first aircraft Vallair is leasing to ASL. We are pleased to have delivered this freshly converted Boeing B737-400 aircraft to ASL, with whom we have a historical relationship on the MRO side. We recently announced that we are the launch customer of the Airbus 321-200 P2F cargo program and this new transaction is clearly indicative of the potential we see in the P2F conversions market in which we are committed to becoming a global leader.”

ASL’s CEO Leasing, David Andrew, said “ASL is now the largest operator of B737-400 freighters in Europe and we are continuing to add to our fleet to best-serve our customers. The Vallair B737-400F is a welcome addition to ASL’s fleet and we look forward to a close and mutually beneficial relationship in the years ahead.”
