Scorpio Bulkers Inc. announces the sale of ultramax vessels
Scorpio Bulkers Inc. announced that the Company has entered into an agreement with an unaffiliated third party to sell the SBI Poseidon and SBI Apollo, both Ultramax bulk carriers built in 2016, for approximately $38.4 million in aggregate.
Delivery of the vessels is expected to take place in the first quarter of 2021.
