SCI strengthens flagship ISE service by inducting new vessel

The Shipping Corporation of India (SCI) has consolidated its position in its flagship Indian Subcontinent Europe (ISE) service by inducting the 8,540-TEU ship mv SEROJA LIMA.

The chartered vessel, built in 2011 by MHI at its Nagasaki yard, made its maiden call at Jawaharlal Nehru Port's NSICT on Saturday, May 9, 2015.

As the service enters its 22nd year of existence, SCI has reiterated its commitment to the trade by offering very competitive transit times from India to England and North Continent destinations, highlighted a release.
