The Air Cargo Week World Air Cargo Awards is an important annual event which celebrates excellence and achievement in the global air cargo industry. This award is based on readers' votes and takes into consideration a number of factors, including commitment to the development of air cargo, investment in new products and services and consistent pattern of growth.

Saudi Airlines Cargo has undergone significant expansion over the past few years, increasing its frequencies to a large number of international cities as well as introducing flights to many new destinations across the globe. It continues to invest in innovative products and services, such as ˜BellyFlex', which has enabled it to meet growing customer demand for cost-effective solutions for the shipment of non-urgent cargo. Over recent years the airline has achieved year on year double digit growth, despite the global economic conditions.

Saudi Airlines Cargo operates a fleet of 15 freighters and sells the belly-capacity on 145 passenger aircraft for Saudi Arabia's flag carrier Saudia, spanning a rapidly expanding global network of 225 destinations. In addition to its scheduled freighter services, the cargo airline also provides cost-effective and practical worldwide charter flight solutions from a growing fleet of dedicated charter aircraft.
