RCL and MOL teams up for a new service (RBC4)

RCL is pleased to announce the launch of its new joint service with Mitsui OSK Lines (MOL). The RBC4 (RCL Bangkok China service will connect Bangkok (TPT) / Laem Chabang / Manila / Qingtao / Shanghai / Ho Chi Minh / Laem Chabang (TIPS).
The maiden voyage will commence 6th April 2014 ex Thailand, with RCL contributing one vessel. MOL will contribute another 2 vessels in this 3 vessel rotation.
This new service will provide our customers in Thailand the convenience of a direct service of just 5 and 4 days respectively between Bangkok and Laem Chabang to Manila (north harbour). RBC4 will also offer our Thai customers fast 9 day direct sailing to Qingtao as well.
RCL customers in Qingtao and Shanghai will benefit from a new direct service to Ho Chi Minh. Qingtao customers will also enjoy direct sailing to Thailand. In addition, customers in Shanghai will benefit from RCLs pre-existing high frequency between Central PRC and Thailand, as the RBC4 will be RCLs third direct sailing between Shanghai and Thailand.
