OOCL Logistics joins hand with Xi'an International Inland Port Multimodal Transportation Corporation
World-class logistics and supply-chain services provider OOCL Logistics is pleased to announce the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement with its strategic business partner, Xi'an International Inland Port Multimodal Transportation Corporation, at the third annual China International Import Expo 2020 (CIIE) in Shanghai; reaching a new milestone in providing an important trade corridor for shippers who wish to leverage the extensive China Railway Express (Chang’an) network.

Xi'an International Inland Port Multimodal Transportation Corporation, (a wholly owned subsidiary of Xi’an ILT Group), is the sole operator of the China Railway Express (Chang’an) that links China to many European and regional destinations. This express network is well regarded as a top-notch trans-continental railway with high frequency services that currently operates 15 service routes and covers more than 40 strategic rail stations in total. Departing from Xi’an, the capital city of northwest China's Shaanxi Province, as many as 3,004 train deployments this year (by October 18), have taken millions tons of cargo to many European markets such as Germany, Belgium, Italy and Russia as well as Central-Asia.
OOCL Logistics has been working hand-in-hand with the Xi'an International Inland Port Multimodal Transportation Corporation to facilitate trade and provide best-in-class services since April 2020. With a growing and strong direct customer base in the market of China, OOCL Logistics shipments via the China Railway Express (Chang’an) network have been rising steadily over the last six months with a monthly compound growth rate of 43%.
