MSC enhances Russia Far East network
Starting from the first week of January 2022, MSC will upgrade its intra-Asia network, connecting east & north China, South Korea and Russia far east, in order to deliver a smoother, faster and direct service within the region.
Enhancements will include:
- Reduced number of port calls on the Golden Horn service
- Introducing the call to Petropavlovsk with ther new Kamchatka service and
- Increasing the number of ships deployed within the region
The Golden Horn service will offer direct coverage between eastern coast of China, South Korea, Vladivostok & Vostochniy.
The updated rotation will be as follows:
Shanghai – Ningbo – Busan – Vladivostok – Vostochniy – Busan – Shanghai
Starting vessel will be MSC Imma, voyage HX201A, ETA Ningbo 7 January 2022.
The Kamchatka service will provide direct link between northern China, South Korea, Vladivostok and Petropavlovsk - a new port call in the Kamchatka peninsula.
The service will follow below rotation:
Qingdao – Dalian –Xingang – Incheon – Busan – Vladivostok – Petropavlovsk-Kamchatskiy – Busan – Qingdao
The first sailing will be with MSC Suparna F, voyage KK201A, ETA Qingdao 3 January 2022.
