Maersk revises Middle East to Europe service network

Maersk will streamline its ME3 service in response to the changing market conditions in the eastern Mediterranean and Black Sea area.

Starting from the 12th of August in Port Said, the ME3 service will no longer call Ambarli and instead turn in Port Said.

The new ME3 rotation will be as per below and all eastern Mediterranean and Black Sea area to/from Middle East will now be served as transshipment via their  HUB in Port Said.

The new supporting feeder services L74 and L76 will give increased flexibility and will have below rotations.

New ME3 proforma rotation

Port Said – Salalah – Jebel Ali – Dammam – Jubail – Jebel Abi – Salalah – Port Said

New L74 proforma rotation

Port Said – Constanta – Ambarli – Port Said

New L76 proforma rotation

Port Said – Ambarli - Thessaloniki -Ambarli- Izmit Korfezi – Port Said

The first vessel without an Ambarli call will be Maersk Utah voyage 231W.
