CSAV has informed about its Mediterranean service adding a new, regular call at Guayaquil, Ecuador.

This improvement will allow it to transport cargo from Spain and Italy to Ecuador without the usual transhipment, importantly reducing the transit time and cargo handling, the line said in a release.

The first vessel is estimated to call Guayaquil on March 20.

The new port rotation will be as follows: San Antonio, Antofagasta, Puerto Angamos, Iquique/Ilo, Callao, Cartagena, San Juan, Valencia, Salerno, Livorno, Vado Ligure, Barcelona, Valencia, Cartagena, Guayaquil, Callao, San Antonio.
