Atran Airlines together with Volga-Trucks organized a complex multimodal delivery
ATRAN Airlines (ATRAN), an express carrier in the Volga-Dnepr Group, organized a multimodal complex delivery of spare parts for a flameless combustion installation. The transportation was carried out jointly with SIS Logistik GmbH from Frankfurt (Germany) to Perm (Russia) using various types of transport.
Arriving from Frankfurt to Cologne by truck, the equipment was loaded aboard a Boeing 737-400SF cargo plane for further shipment to Vnukovo International Airport, where ATRAN is based. For the last segment of 1,154 km from Moscow to Perm, truck delivery was chosen by Volga-Trucks, which has been part of the Volga-Dnepr group since 1994 and specializes in land delivery of goods in Russia, the CIS and Europe, including major airports. Experienced specialists of Volga-Trucks were also able to arrange internal customs transit in the shortest possible time and transport the goods to Perm.
