Air China Limited recently announced that starting on May 7, 2013, it will offer four weekly nonstop round-trip flights between Beijing and Geneva using the Airbus A330-200. This will make Air China the only carrier offering nonstop rotations between Beijing and Geneva.

The flight numbers for the Beijing - Geneva nonstop service will be CA861/862. The four-times a week flights will leave Beijing at 13:30 and arrive in Geneva at 18:25 on the same day. The return flights will depart from Geneva at 20:25 and arrive at the Beijing Capital International Airport at 12:55 the next day. These flight times have been scheduled to make it easier for passengers to take onward flights or make transfers in Geneva and to access optimal connections in Beijing.

The opening of the Beijing - Geneva nonstop service will increase the number of European destinations served by Air China to 12. Now Air China offers direct flights from Beijing to such European destinations as Frankfurt, Munich, Dusseldorf, London, Paris, Stockholm, Milan, Rome and Madrid. And the new Beijing - Geneva service is an exciting addition to Air China's extensive aviation network that covers all of Europe.
