Singapore carrier Pacific International Lines Pte Ltd (PIL) has received the Kota Lestari, the last of four vessels of 4,253 TEU from Dalian New Shipyard ordered in February 2011.

The Kota Lestari is to be deployed on the Asia-Mexico-WCSA Loop 2 (WSA 2) operated by Evergreen, COSCO, PIL and Wan Hai. The third vessel in this order, the Kota Loceng, was delivered in September 2013, according to a report from Paris-based Alphaliner.

It follows on from an order with Dalian made between 2006 and 2010 of 13 vessels of 4,250 TEU. The last vessel, Kota Lembah, was delivered in July 2010. (Source: Schednet)
