A UK based freight forwarding company having own offices in in India, Saudi Arabia, Australia and UAE, requires SR. CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE for their Jebel Ali office urgently. Candidate should have minimum 4 years of experience or above with pleasing personality & good communication skills, should be capable of independent correspondence.
Job Responsibilities:
- Applicant should be able to follow-up the shipments with the agents worldwide.
- He/She is able to do Import pricing and prepare quotations
- Able to post the customers for fresh information regarding their shipments Serving the Import Pre-
alert to the customers upon the booking made by the agent for their import shipments
- He/She is able compute the Ocean/Air Freight rates from the agent and quoting to the clients in an
easily understandable order with the addition of a reasonable profit.
- The candidate should be able to Followi-up the customers for the confirmation of the offer made in
response of inquires.
- Able to pass bill-of-entry independently
- Candidate have complete knowledge about the transaction in between customs.
- Co-ordination with shipping lines, airlines and arranging the shipment movement.
- Strong communication skills are a must
- Customer satisfaction will be a key responsibility. Customer query handling, problem solving and
timely updates is of utmost importance.
- Dealing with overseas agents for shipments updates and arranging final deliveries.
- Dealing with airlines to get pricing and booking freight
- Strong co-ordination with port staff for smooth execution of the shipments.
- Ensuring invoicing is complete and all outstanding are diligently chased from the customers assigned.
The candidate should be a graduate with ample experience, well versed with all custom documentation formalities
