The Shipping line currently looking for young dynamic, talented, and experienced SR. CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE to join the team immediately for its for division in Dubai.
The incumbent should be a graduate, a degree in International Trade from a reputed management institute would be an added advantage.
The candidates would have 5 to 7 years of experience in a major shipping line in Dubai.
Knowledge of Export and import documentation and ensure all documents meet regulations.
Execution of export documentation requirements for shipment from port to destinations, which include Letter of Credit shipment, commercial invoice etc.
Following up with customers and freight forwarders and be aware of status of all shipments.
Able to coordinate with the forwarder/clearing agents for custom clearing and receipt of Import shipments.
Ensure payment control over customers and freight forwarders
Documentation and data entry for all shipments
